We work with various architects and structual engineers throughout Devon & Cornwall. On smaller projects we can work directly with the client. We can orgnise building control requirements directly with the local authority and carry out works under a Building Notice, rather than a full application, saving time and money.

We specialise in timber frame construction, and structural works and have employed the same team of contractors for several years. Our experience over the last 50 years including house construction has allowed us to gain a in depth knowledge of construction and building projects. As with most projects there are always a number of unknowns at the commencement of project. Our experience has allowed us to identify and prolem solve various factors throughout a project. 

We can recommend architectural services if you are just commencing your project, and we can also recommend structural engineers if you need specific design alteration. We also provide a free kitchen design service.
